Cassie Boccardi, MA, NCC, LAPC, NL-2

Cassie is a trauma-informed counselor who guides clients in healing relational wounds and their lasting impact. Grounded in somatic principles, her work recognizes that relational and emotional pain and patterns live in the nervous system, not just the mind. Through gentle, body-based modalities woven into talk therapy, she supports clients in releasing stored tension, restoring regulation, and moving toward meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, Cassie offers a grounded and compassionate space where clients can slow down, notice patterns, and gently release what no longer serves them. Her collaborative approach honors each person’s pace, fostering resilience through attuned care and embodied insight.

Cassie is a nationally certified counselor with specialized training in somatic experiencing, cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, attachment-based therapy, and internal family systems. Additionally, Cassie offers Christian counseling, holding a BA in theology & religious studies and extensive training in Christian anthropology & spirituality.

Elliot Elbaum, MA, LAPC, NCC, CTP

Elliot uses an integrative approach mixing traditional psychotherapy, evidenced-based interventions and a dose of humor to cultivate an authentic, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to participate in the counseling process.

Elliot works with older teenagers, adults, and couples but particularly enjoys working with the emerging adult population. His areas of specialization include life transitions, relationship concerns, interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders.

Elliot compares his counseling style to a good comedy-drama film. You may laugh, you may cry, and you may experience a range of emotions. But at the heart of all of his sessions is a genuine approach to an underlying theme or problem that matters to clients. He especially enjoys seeing clients grow over the course of treatment and find more fulfillment out of life.
